What if I’m new to fragrance? How do I choose scents?
You don't need perfuming experience to make your own fragrance. That's what makes Ode special! You just provide the inspiration — a photo, a person, a story, a memory — and we'll propose a custom fragrance we think you'll love. If it sounds good, our perfumers will craft it for you by hand and ship it to you.
Can I adjust my fragrance after I receive it?
Absolutely. If you want to revise your blend, send us your notes and our perfumers will adjust your formula and send you a new bottle.
What’s your return policy?
If you don't love your first fragrance, we'll help you adjust it and send a revision at no additional cost aside from shipping.
Can I order refills?
Of course! Just send us an email with your order number and we'll send back a link to purchase a refill.
What ingredients are in your fragrances?
We use high-quality, ethically sourced ingredients, including both natural and safe synthetic materials.
How long will my fragrance last?
This depends entirely on your usage. If you wear your perfume daily, a 50ml bottle should last you around 3-6 months. If left inside the bottle, your fragrance will last for years.
