What's Ode?

Ode is a fragrance house unlike any other. We create ultra-personalized fragrances inspired by you. We believe that scent is a powerful way to express yourself, and we're here to create the perfect scent that tells your story.

How does it work?

We take inspiration from you — like a photo, a song, a memory, or an intention — and use it to create a fragrance concept that is entirely unique to you. If you like the fragrance concept and decide to purchase it, our perfumers will hand-craft it and ship it to you.

What if I’m new to fragrance? How do I choose scents?

You don't need perfuming experience to make your own fragrance. You just provide the inspiration, like a photo, and we'll propose a custom fragrance we think you'll love. If you want to change the notes in your fragrance, just let us know and we'll be happy to help.

Can I adjust my fragrance after I receive it?

Absolutely. Each purchase comes with one optional revision. If you want to revise your blend, send us your notes and our perfumers will adjust your formula and send you a new bottle.

What’s your return policy?

If you don't love your first fragrance, we'll help you adjust it and send a revision at no additional cost aside from shipping.

Can I order refills?

Of course! Just send us an email with your order number and we'll send back a link to purchase a refill.

What ingredients are in your fragrances?

We use ethically sourced ingredients of the highest quality, including both natural and safe synthetic materials.

How long will my fragrance last?

This depends entirely on your usage. If you wear your perfume daily, a 50ml bottle should last you around 3-6 months. If left inside the bottle, your fragrance will last for years.

How do you ensure quality and safety?

Each fragrance is hand-crafted with care by our master perfumers, and all our ingredients meet strict safety standards.

Are your fragrances cruelty-free?

Yes! We’re committed to being cruelty-free and never test on animals.

Do you ship internationally?

We're based in Los Angeles and currently ship to the US and Canada.
